ORDERING & PAYMENT
All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT. (No nasty shocks when you reach the Checkout).
All major Credit & Debit cards are accepted and payment made securely online via Paypal.
You will receive confirmation of your order by email to the email address you have provided.
DELIVERIES
Orders of £75.00 or over will be delivered free of charge to destinations in Mainland Britain. Under £75.00 a charge of £9.50 Inc.VAT will be made.
You should allow 5 full working days for delivery, although most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, with no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday. However we are unable to provide a specific time or date.
Orders will require a signature upon delivery, please make your delivery address to be where someone is able to accept and sign for receipt.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt as damage or short delivery cannot be rectified if the delivery receipt has been signed as correct.
Please note. From this online shop we are unable to make deliveries outside the UK Mainland.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return any goods you must inform us of your intention on or before the 7th day following delivery and return the goods at your own expense within 21 days.
The goods must be unused and in their original condition including packaging.
(Please note that we are unable to accept for refund any mixed colours or goods altered to a customer’s specification).
